Product Description
The TQXS stoner may be used to continuously remove the mixed gravels of granules (such as various grains). This machine urges the grains to separate from fixed gravels based on different characteristics of specific gravity and suspension speed of grain and gravel, with the help of the action of air flow that passes through the gap of grain flow grains. Mixed gravel and other heavy impurities are at the lower layer and moves towards the stone discharge end with the action of stoning plate that make directional tilt reciprocation movement ; the grains floating at the upper lower roll towards the discharge end under the action of self-gravity thus separate the mixed gravels from the grains.
The hinge of back and forth rocker mechanism of this machine adopts special rubber bearing which is durable and absorbs vibration thus the machine runs stably, has the advantage of firm and reliable, with low vibration and low noise.
